My real estate Project
The Seine-Saint-Denis, Paris Suburbs long known for its negative reputation, is now undergoing spatial and social transformations of a magnitude comparable to those of the 1950s-1980s: the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, construction of the Grand Paris Express metro, ANRU projects. But also: climate change, digital revolution, transformation of work and social protections, metropolitanization and globalization and their interdependencies, democratic challenges, etc.
A department of the future!
That’s it, the adventure begins on January 25th! I’ve fallen for a 42 m2 apartment.
I’ll be putting my BIM skills and experience as a worker/site manager to use for the upcoming renovations.
Excited to see how it turns out!
